Crown Refs Skill Development Clinic
SATURDAY • APRIL 18 | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Vale Co-Op | 510 Four Rod Rd, Berlin, CT 06023 The Crown Refs Skill Development Clinic is a high-impact, one-day training experience designed for officials who want real reps, real feedback, and real growth. On Saturday, April 18 (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM), officials will spend a full day immersed in on-court development and off-court education. Each participant will work a minimum of two live games, followed by postgame feedback from the Crown Refs staff, focused on mechanics, positioning, communication, and game management. Throughout the day, officials will also take part in: 🏀 Film review sessions with guided breakdowns 📣 Signal School training to elevate presentation and consistency 🗣 Rapid Response discussions focused on coach communication and game control 🤝 Community-based learning with like-minded officials committed to growth We’ll close the day with a community dinner, where we’ll recap the clinic, reflect on key takeaways, and open the floor for a live Q&A focused on development, advancement, and next steps in your officiating journey.
